We had so much fun coming up with outfit ideas for this post! The holiday’s are our favorite time mainly because it’s an excuse to dress up! I mean, who doesn’t like to dress up in a pretty dress or sequin jumpsuit…hint hint of what’s below! We laid out five outfit options based on three possibly type of holiday events: Formal, Business Casual and Casual. We are completely obsessed over these outfits and we kept them budget friendly as well as repurposing!
Formal…
Option 1: Gold, of course, is perfect for holiday and really anytime. We found a gorgeous gold maxi skirt and paired it with two options for tops and then topping the it of with a beautiful faux fur stole! Pair this outfit with really a strappy black heel or even a more dresser heeled bootie. After the party is over, wear the skirt with a simple sweater and some sneaks to make this look more causal! Either bodysuit option can be worn with anything as well and of course the stole can be paired with anything, even a simple t-shirt!
Option 2: This dress is simple but elegant! This would look gorgeous with a gold heel and event a black heel.
Option 3: Now, I know what you are thinking but this is absolutely gorgeous! Sequins are everywhere this season and why not jump on board with this beauty! Be bold and standout, it’s a challenge to step out of your comfort zone but I promise, everyone will be wishing they were wearing this. Really, how many times a year do you get a chance to really dress up…do it!! Wear this with a black strappy heel or nude. You can even add the stole above or a simple blazer.
Option 4: I know I just said sequins are everywhere but stripes are too. This dress is gorgeous! Add a simple strappy heel to dress this up even more! After the holidays, pair this with some over the knee boots to make it more casual.
Option 5: Now this one, I may have squealed and almost fell out of my chair. This velvet coat dress is to die for! The color is perfect for the holidays, along withe the velvet. This would look amazing with a simple strapped black heel. I mean, I might need to buy this even though I don’t have a formal holiday party to go to. I’d wear it to the grocery store, for sure!
Business Casual…
Option 1: I fell in love with this satin skirt as soon as I saw it. The skirt is very versatile and can be worn with just about any style of top. I did find the most gorgeous lace top to pair it with this skirt. I love the different textures and the colors! Pair this with a gold heel!
Option 2: The sweaters I’ve seen this fall and winter have been gorgeous but this one stands out with it’s fuzzy pink color and how cozy it looks! You can dress this sweater up with the faux leather skirt or a simple pleated skirt.
Option 3: Keeping on with the cozy sweaters, this gorgeous cream colored sweater would look beautiful with a fun colored pant. The dark red pants scream holiday! The leopard pants also a great way to flare up the outfit! A gold or even a light pink pair of heels would look gorgeous with the red pants and black for the leopard!
Option 4: We love a good jumpsuit and this one is perfect! Love the plaid and the red detail! Plus, you can’t beat the comfort wearing this!
Option 5: This dress is absolutely gorgeous! The red is such a bold color and we love it! We’d pair this beauty with a gold heel. You can also pair this with the stole above. Later one wear this again for work with a blazer or even make it casual with some sneaks!
Casual…
Option 1: The nice thing about causal outfits is that you can mix these pieces in and out of your wardrobe anytime! This sweater is no exception! Pair it with a raw edge jean to give it a little edge! Wear this with a black heel or booties.
Option 2: Now must of us have a pair of leggings in our closet and who doesn’t love to wear leggings any chance they can get. This option is great to use a piece in your closet and dress it up with a cozy sweater! Even better if you have faux leather leggings! Pair this with a heel or over the knee boot.
Option 3: I love an outfit I can wear a big chunky scarf with especially with our favorite fall/winter color, yellow! Pair this with a cute pair of raw edge jeans and you are ready to go!
Option 4: We do love a good sweater, especially if it’s one we can get a lot of use out of it. This sweater’s color is soft and perfect for the holidays and thereafter. Pair it with light gray denim jean along with some black booties.
Option 5: Last but not least is this gorgeous leopard dress. Who doesn’t love a good leopard print, well anything! I know we do! Pair this look with black booties.
