This week is going to be a crazy week and meal prep is going to be super important! Plus, it’s Pepin’s first day of Pre-K in her new school. Excuse me while I go ugly cry! It’s weeks like this that I need all the time I can get and meal prepping makes it so much easier. And if I don’t end up making what I prepped, no biggie, it’ll be saved for another day!
