Lunches | Skillet Mexican Zucchini – Recipe HERE – I added cauliflower rice
Spaghetti Squash, spinach with Red Sauce – No recipe for this, toss the squash in the microwave, cook the sauce in a pan with the spinach, toss in some extra garlic and Italian seasoning. Once the squash is done, shred and mix into the sauce. You can easily ground up some beef, frozen meatballs or add Italian sausage.
