This weekend we have family coming in town which we are super excited for! We’re hoping to go out to the apple orchard but it might rain so cross your fingers for no rain! As much as I love rain, it just needs to hold off until the afternoon!
I did break out a couple of my favorite fall recipes that I’m so excited to share. One being the Butternut Squash Chicken Stew and the other the Quick Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Fig and Chili Sauce! Let us know if you try them!

I’m going to use a spaghetti squash instead of the pasta mainly because I need to use it before it goes bad – I’ll leave out the parm and everyone can add it to their own servings
