I dusted off our crock pot and it’s going to be in full force this week! I love tossing everything into a crock pot, it makes life so much easier. You just come home and the foods done! The recipes I have this week, are a little prep heaver since they are crock pot meals but I did add some simple meals that requires no or minimal prep since I like to keep my prep time to around an hour to hour and a half, which includes making our lunches.
Also, what’s your favorite crock pot? I added a couple crock pots that I have used or would like to buy. I feel it can be hard to find a good one, especially one that won’t over cook your food!
