How is it November already?! I don’t know if I’m ready for winter to begin and all the Holiday’s to start! I just need a little fall weather for a few more weeks. I guess a little part of me is excited for the holidays to begin but only a little. Keeping things simple this week with a crock pot meal and a sheet pan dinner. I love sheet pan dinners, just toss everything on a pan and that’s it!

I didn’t use radishes as I had other veggies on hand. I used baby carrots and mushrooms. I also used fresh green beans. This turned out sooooo good!

I pan sear the gnocchi to give it a crispier texture – I use Aldi’s raw already peeled shrimp to make my life easier
