Thanksgiving is done, things are getting somewhat back on a normal schedule since we traveled for the holiday. We rented a house on a lake in Wisconsin with a breath taking view. My one goal was to wake up early to drink my coffee in silence while starring at the view. I did that almost every morning and it was amazing. It was nice to get away from all the stress of work and life. The girls had so much fun with cousins and family which made it extra special. Now back to our “routine” which include meal planning!
We are starting back with the first phase of our 131 Method program. If you are not familiar with it and why we do this, HERE is the previous post where I go more into detail. This week is more of a prep week to ease into things. Don’t worry, we’ll still be enjoying some holiday treats and drinks. That’s why we love this program!
