Another week of shelter in and we’re getting a little stir crazy as I am sure everyone else is. Thankfully the weather has been nicer and we’ve been able to have some fun outside. I’ve been trying to keep meals pretty basic and simple. I did make a Sam’s run last week and they had great sales on produce. I’m not sure what this week looks like but we are pretty stocked up. Anything left over I went ahead and froze. Hope you all are doing well and trying to maintain some normalcy!
